Acciona will build a 56,000sqm logistics complex in Sant Andreu

The growing demand of logistic spaces in Barcelona has leaded the company Acciona to the development of a site bought more than twenty years ago at the Sant Andreu district. An industrial logistics complex will be built there of some 56,000sqm. The company is designing 48 modular industrial units that will be rented or sold together or individually, according to demand. Their main attractive aspect is their location, within the city of Barcelona.
