Catalonia led public investment in technology, with nearly €500 million in the first half of the year

Catalonia led public investment in technology between January and June this year, with over €493 million invested, according to data published in the Adjudicacions TIC (ICT adjudication) report, with the largest investment of any autonomous community in Spain. The Government of Catalonia Catalan Telecommunications Technology Centre (CTTI) was the largest investor over this first half of the year, with €381.9 million or 25% of the total, trailed by the Social Security IT department.
