Before the scarcity of new office buildings, private investors are throwing themselves into the development of new projects which would satisfy the high demand of this product in the Barcelona area.  In this sense, Clover Capital funds promotes a 18,000 sqm building where €30m are going to be invested and which is being constructed at the site of the old textile facility of Can Batlló, now in full transformation.
