The demand for offices in Barcelona from large-scale companies meant that 2017 ended with good figures, according to Savills Aguirre Newman, with an increase of 4%, up to 343,426 m2 of contracted surface area. With respect to the forecasts for 2018, all signs point to a positive year for investment, one in which the only problem will be a lack of available product, although when property is made available, sales will be concluded rapidly.
