For some time now, Goodman has been committed to multi-tier solutions. According to Ignacio Cuenca, General Manager of Goodman in Spain, “Land is a scarce asset that we must use efficiently to ensure sustainable development and multi-tier solutions allow us to optimize land and achieve significant land savings”.

Goodman is firmly committed to Spain. The Australian real estate company is promoting projects for more than 300,000 square meters in Madrid and Barcelona at different stages of development. In the last five years, Goodman has invested more than one billion in the development of nearly 550,000 square meters in Spain.
